Australian Shipping
When you shop with Nutrition Xpress we aim to provide you with the best customer service and online shopping experience we can.Â
We use Australia Post as a courier option to ensure the best possible delivery experience.Â
Please allow a 24 Hours for handling and packing of your order depending on the time of when you placed your order.Â
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. If an item in your order is out of stock we'll contact you ASAP to let you know and organize a solution so your order can be dispatched to you promptly.
Shipping AddressesÂ
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error in your address please contact us at info@nutritionxpress.com.au ASAP so we can adjust your address before your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Items with incorrect addresses that are returned will be charged a re-delivery fee as charged by the carriers.
Please note Nutrition Xpress takes no responsibility for incorrect/mistyped addresses.
Shipping Costs and Handling
1. For all orders the shipping and handling cost option are:
- Standard $11.95
- Express Post $19.95
If your order is over 5kg in weight it maybe be sent with our 3rd Party Courier Providers, Couriers Please or Fast Way.Â
Delivery Times
Orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post.Â
Delivery times frames range from 1-6 business days depending on your location.
As we are located in Sydney if you are in a regional state or area please allow extra time for you delivery to arrive. If your location is in WA, NT or regional state please allow 7-10 business days and allow time with natural disaster effected areas and events.
Tracking Your Order
All orders receive an email notification with your tracking number/link which can be used to track the location of your order. Please ensure you provide us with an email to track your order. If you haven't provided an email please contact us at Info@nutritionxpress.com.au and we can provide you with a tracking number or update on your delivery location.Â
Unfortunate Events
In the case of a damaged/missing parcel, Nutrition Xpress has insurance cover on all our orders so if you receive a damaged parcel or you parcel does not arrive in the estimated time. Please email us at info@nutritionxpress.com.au with relevant photos and documents to show damages or missing parcels and we will be able to claim and replace your items. Â
Every item is quality checked before dispatching from our warehouse and packed securely keep it safe as possible in transit.
